NTV Prosperity Fund

The NTV Prosperity Fund invests primarily in Black and other Minority owned companies in the Seed and Series A stage. NTV will take an active role by providing firms access to experienced business advisors and networks in order to directly support the entrepreneur’s growth and success. Investments target technology companies within FinTech, HealthTech, InsurTech, Cybersecurity, DevOps and those offering digital transformation in other industries.

The Fund is a $20MM fund investing in equity and convertible debt securities issued by early-stage technology companies, focusing on enterprises having significant minority ownership and management participation. The Fund concentrates on companies utilizing a B2B Software-As-A-Services (“SaaS”) business model. The SaaS model provides companies with low-implementation costs, rapid deployment to end users, and scalability. Companies in which the Fund invests generally will be expected to provide strong added value products and/or services in demonstrably growing markets. In selecting its investments, the Fund will give significant consideration to whether an investment in a target company is likely to expand job opportunities in marginalized communities.

The NTV Prosperity Fund is Naples Technology Ventures third fund and provides us with the ability to extend our financial and operational expertise to minority individuals and companies that traditionally have been largely excluded from opportunities available to non-minorities in the Venture Capital sector. We are committed to this effort and it to be emblematic of our intent to reach out to minority communities across the US.
