Brij is the Co-founder & Managing Partner at NTV. Brij has more than 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and investor in the U.S., India, and GCC Region.

Brij founded Tela Sourcing, Inc., an outsourcing company focused on servicing the U.S. healthcare insurance market. Tela served more than 50 health insurance clients and was recognized by Gartner as one of the leading specialized company in healthcare services. Brij successfully sold Tela to TriZetto, Inc., a healthcare technology and solution company controlled by Apax Private Equity.

Most recently, through a joint venture with Davita Inc., Brij founded Express Clinics, a network of owned primary care and population health management centers in India. Davita is a Fortune 500 U.S.-based healthcare company. Ultimately, Brij provided a successful exit to Davita by purchasing their shareholding.

Brij is also the Founder of MDIndia, one of the largest third-party administrators of health insurance services in India. MDIndia manages more than 40 million lives, processes over $1 billion in premiums and provides healthcare access through a contracted national network of more than 4,500 hospitals and healthcare centers.

Brij has an MBA from Yale University and is an engineering graduate of the College of Engineering, Pune, India. Brij is an active investor and has ongoing involvement with ventures in the healthcare technology, outsourcing, and mobile commerce space. Brij has also been an advisor since 2010 to the $50 million Somerset Private Equity Fund, which is focused on healthcare investments in India.

Bob Carlin is the Operating Partner and member of the Investment Committee.

He is responsible for all financial and operational functions at NTVM. Bob is a seasoned business and private-equity executive with a proven record of scaling companies, driving growth, and delivering successful exits. As an Operating Partner at Fairfax Partners, a venture capital fund, he served as CEO of HealthASPex Services, leading its rapid expansion and acquisition by Tela Sourcing, where he continued as President and CFO and helped guide the company through a subsequent exit to TriZetto.

At EDG Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, Bob acted as Operating Principal and CEO of Peak Risk Adjustment Services, steering the business to a successful private equity sale. He later founded My Home Companion, LLC, growing the home healthcare company through strategic initiatives before its acquisition by Capital City Nurses.

With a BS in Accounting from Glassboro State University and prior CPA credentials, Bob combines financial discipline, operational leadership, and investment expertise, making him a value-creation focused operator trusted by investors to build, scale, and exit high-growth businesses.

Chris Huber is the Advisor and independent member of the Investment Committee.

Chris is a seasoned investor, operator, and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning consulting, private equity, and business innovation. Beginning his career at Accenture, he led complex technology implementations, drove revenue strategy, and supported large-scale integration efforts during the AT&T–SBC merger.

At DST Systems (now SS&C), he served as Business Performance Officer, guiding board-level strategic reviews and leading corporate development initiatives, including domestic and international acquisitions of IFDS and BFDS. As COO of Cobalt Ventures, the private equity arm of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas City, Chris helped build a new independent medical imaging platform and served as Chairman of Element Medical Imaging, overseeing expansion through new centre development. As founder of Dunes Capital, he advises companies on growth strategy, M&A execution, and fractional executive leadership, combining financial expertise with operational discipline.

He holds a BSBA in Finance and Economics from Rockhurst University and is recognized for driving value creation, scaling organizations, and executing strategic investments that deliver strong outcomes for stakeholders.

Bill Carlin is the Financial Controller.

Bill is a seasoned CPA and financial executive with more than 25 years of experience delivering accounting, audit, tax, and treasury leadership across multiple organizations. He will provide fractional CFO-level support advising on back-office accounting, payroll, audit preparation, credit facilities, and financial due diligence for M&A transactions.

Throughout his career, Bill has strengthened financial controls and improved cash flow management. He will provide guidance to portfolio companies on accurate financial statement preparation, combining hands-on operational expertise with strategic financial insight that supports growth and informed decision-making.
