FinGoal, a leading provider of personalized financial insights, is proud to announce its election to a three-year term on the board of the Financial Data Exchange (FDX), representing Smaller Third-Party Data Recipients. This appointment underscores FinGoal’s dedication to advancing secure, privacy-focused financial data sharing and reinforces its role as a key advocate for open banking innovation.
As part of this leadership role, FinGoal will participate in FDX’s Executive Steering Committee and the Technology Review Committee, among others. FinGoal’s CEO, David Nohe, will serve on the board, bringing his extensive industry experience and passion for data-driven financial empowerment to the organization.
“FinGoal is honored to join the FDX board and contribute to the evolution of industry standards that ensure consumers have secure and seamless access to their financial data,” said Nohe. “We know first hand the power of using financial data to better serve account-holders. Our team looks forward to further collaboration with industry leaders to strengthen the FDX framework.”
FDX is a non-profit industry consortium dedicated to unifying the financial services ecosystem through the adoption of its common, interoperable, and royalty-free FDX API standard. In early 2025, FDX was selected by the US Federal Government as a “recognized industry standard-setting body” for open banking.
FinGoal’s appointment to the board marks a significant step toward amplifying the voices of smaller third-party recipients in shaping the future of FDX. The company remains committed to championing innovation that enhances financial transparency, user-control, and safe sharing of financial information.
